Yes. The bar can hold up to 220lbs (100kg) adult pull ups, hanging exercises, and stretching.
Will my door still close?
Yes. The bar is installed inside the doorframe, so your door can fully close while the bar is in place.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. The bar sits in precision-cut grooves and is secured with safety locks to prevent movement or slipping. It is designed for both kids and adults. Just watchout bumping in it...
Can I attach rings or swings?
Yes. The bar is designed to support accessories such as gymnastic rings, ropes, swings, hammocks, and resistance bands. Make sure that the attachement is not using metal parts on the bar as it will damage the wood overtime.
How do I measure my doorway?
Measure the inside width of your doorway opening where the bar will be installed.

What type of doorframes does it work with?
It works with most standard wooden doorframes or wall openings.

Is installation difficult?
No. Installation is simple and takes about 10 to 15 minutes using the included screws. Here is the installation video.

Can the bar be removed after installation?
The bar can be easily removed and reinstalled, allowing you to restore full doorway space when not in use.The side panels are mounted with screws, so there will be small screw holes whcih can be coveref with wood filler.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your location in Canada.
Can I return the product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused.
