Delivered via tracked shipping (Canada Post).

2. Free Local Pickup (Coquitlam, BC)

• Available 7 days a week
• Pickup window: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM

After placing your order, please contact us to confirm a pickup time to ensure someone is available.

3. Free Local Delivery

Available within 30 km radius of Coquitlam, BC

• Free for orders over $160 CAD
• Delivery time will be coordinated after purchase

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

If you are located in the US or internationally, feel free to contact us. We are planning to offer international shipping soon.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location
• All shipped orders include a tracking number

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• All original parts and packaging are included

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut products (such as bars cut to your specific width) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
